Solidus v4.2

With the 4.2 release we continue contributing to the overarching theme of the 4.x series: the admin rework.

Here is a general overview of what's in it:

• The new Solidus logo is now displayed in the admin interface. Check it out in your admin dashboard!
• The new SolidusAdmin can finally be previewed on your Solidus store!
• Admin menu customization is simplified with the deprecation of using partials for second-level menus and a streamlined API for MenuItem.
• The Spree::Backend navigation menu has been updated to mirror the upcoming SolidusAdmin.
