We are thrilled to announce the release of Solidus v4.3, a significant step forward in the evolution of our platform! This release brings substantial improvements to the admin interface, compatibility with Rails 7.1, and exciting updates on our starter frontend template.

Updates to the New Admin Interface

One of the central focuses of this release has been the development of our new Admin interface. While it's still under active development, it's taking shape and promises a more intuitive and efficient user experience. We've given a complete facelift to all listing pages, providing a more consistent user experience. New listing pages feature batch actions, filters, scopes search and pagination, making it easier for operators to manage daily tasks. Additionally, new installations will now be able to take advantage of the new interface right away.

Rails 7.1 Compatibility

With the technology landscape continually evolving, we're committed to staying up-to-date with our main dependecy. Solidus v4.3 is now fully compatible with Rails 7.1, ensuring that you can take advantage of the latest features and enhancements in the Ruby on Rails framework.

Starter Frontend Updates: New theme based on Tailwind CSS

For those starting fresh with Solidus, we have exciting changes in store. We've revamped the starter frontend theme, now based on Tailwind CSS, offering a more contemporary and flexible design and matching the demo store, as many requested.

Dark Mode Everywhere

We've also added a dark mode support! It is now available to the new starter frontend as well as to the admin interface, which can be enabled from the user popup menu. This is a great way to reduce eye strain and improve readability in low-light environments.
